Role Summary

Team members are responsible for creating Raving Fans. Their responsibilities include :

  • Execute operational excellence Develop trust with guests through meeting the Quality requirements all day every day.
  • Deliver 2ndMile Service Ensure guests feel cared for by going above and beyond expectations.
  • Activate Emotional Connections Strengthen relationships with guests and the community.

Must obtain Food Handlers Certificate within the first 5 days of employment .

General Responsibilities

  • Front of House :

    • Greeting guests

    Order taking

    Meal Assembly

    Meal Delivery

    Table Touch in

    Effectively clean (dining room, front counter, drive thru, restroom)

    Correcting orders

    Correctly use dishwasher and clean dishes

  • Back of House :

    • Receiving Product

    Storing Product

    Prepping product

    Assembling Product

    Fulfilling Orders

    Maintain cleanliness in all areas of back of house

    Requirements

  • Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence.
