A respected engineering consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex land development projects across Arizona. This is a client-facing leadership role with significant growth potential.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage land development projects from design through construction
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Direct project teams, oversee schedules, and ensure profitability
• Mentor engineers and contribute to overall firm growth

What We’re Looking For :

Compensation : $130K–$160K DOE + full benefits
