Overview
Cielito Cocina Mexicana is seeking a qualified Assitant General Manager for their East Bay location. The candidate should possess a high level of customer service and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Back-office administrative duties including scheduling, labor costs, POS systems
- Understand Profit & Loss statements and assist in cost management
- Strong wine and liquor and bar knowledge
