We’re looking for an experienced Partner Solution Architect to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Partner Solutions, you will be responsible for :

Educating our Global Systems Integrators on driving digital transformation with Zscaler for their clientele by demonstrating Zscaler use cases, delivering workshops, and guiding Proof of Value (POV) efforts

Developing solution offers in collaboration with Global Systems Integrators by leveraging your technical expertise, leading cross-functional teams, and helping partners onboard and support new customers

Serving as a technical advocate for partners within Zscaler by working across sales, engineering, product management, and other teams to drive mutual success

Supporting enablement and solution development efforts with Global Systems Integrators to create opportunities and close new business

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

10+ years of technical pre-sales experience, with at least 5+ years in roles involving Global Systems Integrators

Proven technical expertise in networking, security, authentication, and SaaS solutions, with certifications like CISSP or CCNP as a plus

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent practical experience

Demonstrated ability to collaborate on large, complex SaaS solution opportunities and engage executive-level stakeholders

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience navigating complex GSI organizational structures and bringing solution offers to market

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Ability to prioritize cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic impact

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission / bonus / equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$170,625—$243,750 USD
