Overview

The Population Health Analyst will work on the Value Based Operations team to conduct clinical, contract, and financial analysis to meet / exceed value-based benchmarks within the Home Based Primary Care business line of BrightSpring. This role analyzes a variety of internal and external data sets to facilitate meaningful insights that are used to improve effectiveness and timeliness of outcomes and performance strategy. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, this role will bring efficiency to team operations to decrease the administration of healthcare.

Ultimately, the work you do will have a direct impact on the growth of our value-based care success and our ability to care for more patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Interpretation

• Provides leadership in the measurement and evaluation of value interventions.
• Identifies benchmarks in performance that may include clinical quality scores, cost, documentation, and care team productivity metrics.
• Determines opportunities and identifies solutions to improve capabilities and efficiency of care model interventions and / or variance analysis of program levers.
• Assess opportunity for predictive analysis and clinical decision support to inform key business and clinical care outcomes.
• Translates data findings for consumption across a variety of audiences, technical and non-technical.
