UNIT : PSYCH - INTAKE / ADMISSIONS

Unit Overview : Admissions to Free Standing Psychiatric Inpatient Services; ages 5-99. Intake RN is typically the only RN in the department & acts as a house supervisor over the units. There are typically 2-3 other nurses who work the other units / departments on the NOC shift.

Minimum Experience (yrs in specialty) : 2-5 years. Must have floor

Required Licenses and Certifications : WI RN or compact license, AHA BLS, CPI (REQUIRED - can obtain on site, if needed) & NIHSS (preferred)

Radius : Contractors must be outside a 50 mile radius of Bellin Health.

Charting Experience Required : Epic required within the past 2 years
