Service Cloud Administrator

Oversees all aspects of one or more Multi-Cloud IT projects while interacting with mid-level officials of similar capacity. Implements multi-cloud solutions to meet objectives; coordinates and integrates multi-cloud services; manages, leads or administers project resources; monitors implementation activities and resources to mitigate risk.

Experience Required : 5+ years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible multi-cloud project experience providing technical consultation, management principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

Education Required : Requires the possession of (a) a bachelor's degree, and (b) a current certification in one or more of the following technologies : Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, VMware Cloud Professional. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. The certifications are required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
