The Role

As the Clinical Trials Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will shape the way CVAUSA engages with industry to organize, launch, and conduct cardiovascular clinical trials. You'll cultivate and manage relationships with pharmaceutical and device companies, CROs, and other research partnersensuring that the CVAUSA network is top of mind for them as they launch clinical trial opportunities. This role is about more than coordination. It's about strategy : anticipating opportunities, marketing our practices, and aligning sponsors with the unique strengths of CVAUSA. You'll manage feasibility processes, track opportunities across practices, and support our sites in bringing the right trials to the right patients at the right time.

What You'll Do

• Cultivate and expand partnerships : Build strong, lasting relationships with sponsors, CROs, vendors, and other stakeholders in the research ecosystem.
• Position CVAUSA : Market our cardiovascular practices, capabilities, and patient populations to highlight CVAUSA as a premier partner for clinical trials.
• Manage opportunities : Coordinate and track multiple incoming clinical trial opportunities, ensuring efficient review and alignment across practices.
• Support feasibility : Lead the collection and submission of feasibility questionnaires, coordinating responses across sites for timely and accurate delivery.
• Act as a connector : Serve as the primary liaison between external partners and CVAUSA practices, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Drive strategy : Provide insights to leadership on pipeline trends, partnership opportunities, and sponsor engagement strategies.
• Coordinate at scale : Balance multiple partnerships and opportunities across a growing, multi-site network.
