Summary Under the direction of the Contact Center Sales Manager, the Contact Center Sales Representative will perform inbound and outbound call center sales functions and initiatives that support the organization’s overall sales goals and objectives.
This specifically includes handling and converting inbound lawn care and pest control sales leads and interest, providing customer support for sales related questions / inquiries and driving account growth and diversification through upselling efforts with existing customers.
Other duties include :
- Executing various outbound sales and upsell call campaigns, providing customer support for sales / pricing related questions and inquiries, completing property measurement projects, and executing other sales initiatives as assigned.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities Handle and convert inbound customer sales inquiries and provide information about our services while utilizing selling techniques to encourage customers to buy.
- Perform outbound sales calls to promote our lawn care and pest control services to prospects and customers while leveraging available and recommended services in response to marketing efforts .
- Measure and document property sizes to support accurate program and service price quotations.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Document all inbound and outbound call interactions in CRM system, maintaining accurate documentation of customer call records, sales activities and customer account information.
- Process payment information for inbound and outbound sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls by directing and assisting existing customers with additional sales questions or needs to promote our additional services and / or pest control services.
- Utilize alternative methods to assess and provide accurate program / service pricing quotations when direct measurements are not available.
- Utilization of CRM, Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Teams software.
- Thoroughly communicate appropriate information to customers and coworkers, both verbally and in writing, in a professional, friendly and caring manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Skills / Abilities Strone phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with Microsoft Teams & Outlook and / or similar communication platforms Excellent multitasking abilities, skilled in prioritizing tasks and objectives Strong customer centric focus with the ability to adapt to various personality types Ability to work effectively both in a team setting and / or independently Strong computer & technical experience Minimum typing skills 40 WPM.
- Education and / or Experience High school diploma or GED required; Some coursework in Business, Sales, Customer Service, Communications, or related fields is preferred. At least 2-3 years of experience in inbound or outbound sales and / or customer service / call center environments, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
