Job descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the well-being of people and property at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any irregularities. Document and report incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal and client protocols. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain order within the retail environment. Offer support and assistance to visitors, customers, and staff, addressing questions and providing directions as needed. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when required, following established procedures. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer - Mall Patrols in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will interact with the public, provide outstanding customer service, and respond to situations as they arise. Mon 10 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 PM

Thur 10 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 PM
