Staff Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer - Application Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the architecture of large-scale, distributed application systems

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while leading the development of core features and APIs

Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet healthcare needs

Required Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a staff / principal / lead role

Expertise in designing and scaling distributed, cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)

Strong background in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or TypeScript / React

Experience in healthcare technology or regulated environments is preferred

Demonstrated success in mentoring and growing engineering talent
