We're searching for an experienced Senior Records Analyst to join our Client's Operations team and work alongside the Records & Quality Control Manager. This is your opportunity to support high-value aircraft acquisitions, contribute to pre-buy audits, and play a key role in aviation compliance and records excellence.
- ? Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update records for all aircraft and engine assets
- Manage leased engine documentation and oversee engine pre-buys using aftermarket technical criteria
- Conduct records audits and produce detailed reports on pre-buys and disassemblies
- Create traceability, evaluation, and leasing matrices using Excel workbooks
- Provide research and support for engines, aircraft assemblies, and landing gear
- Perform full back-to-birth traceability on consignment and purchased assets
- Review and report on consignment asset discrepancies
- Verify compliance with current ADs and SBs for the active fleet
- Upload, review, and maintain data in Quantum system
- ?? Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of aviation industry experience working with records and audits
- At least 3 years managing end-of-life aircraft or engine records
- Experience with commercial and regional aircraft and engines
- ?? Skills & Expertise
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with FAA and regulatory standards :
