We're looking for a skilled Project Manager with hands-on experience in thermal construction who’s ready to take charge of high-value, complex cold storage and thermal envelope projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Manager in the Thermal Division, you’ll oversee large-scale thermal envelope scopes across multiple active jobs, typically cold storage facilities with contracts valued at $5 million or more. You’ll coordinate design, scheduling, procurement, and field execution to deliver accurate and airtight results.
Manage multiple large-scale cold storage / thermal envelope projects simultaneously
Lead kickoff, scheduling, and project execution for contracts $5M+ in value
Conduct site visits to monitor job progress, safety, and coordination
Review construction drawings to ensure clarity, accuracy, and thermal compliance
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment across projects
Maintain open communication with internal teams, GCs, and vendors
Identify and solve issues in real time without delays
Report regularly on progress, financials, and key milestones to leadership
Location : Based in Woodstock, GA, with monthly travel to job sites across the U.S.

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
Preferred : 3+ years in cold storage or thermal envelope projects (vapor barriers, IMPs, underfloor insulation)
Experience managing complex projects valued at $5M or more
Willing and able to travel monthly for site visits
Able to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to read and coordinate design documents and technical specifications
Excellent communication skills across field and office teams
