Server
The Server's Main objective is to provide excellent service to every guest. The server will accomplish this by taking food & drink orders and delivering meals to the table, This position requires a commitment to excellence for every guest experience, as well as a positive attitude. The server will Engage appropriate company directionality by ensuring meals are correct and guest experiences are held to the highest standard.
Responsibilities :
- Fill out & preform daily FOH opening duties checklist, when applicable
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take drink and food orders
- Make recommendations based upon your own menu knowledge
- Provide quality customer service
- Communicate missing items or misfires with the kitchen
- Adhere to health department rules and regulations, upholding a cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Collect payment and deliver bills when appropriate
- Ensure server stations are stocked
- Roll silverware
- Clean and sanitize tables
