The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Hospitality to spearhead the development and implementation of a service excellence culture across all member-facing operations. This newly created role is pivotal in defining and driving a strategic vision that enhances member satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement by integrating hospitality principles into various experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for instilling a hospitality mindset throughout the organization, with a focus on retail, recovery, and digital experiences. Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership, utilizing training and development programs, and leveraging technology and data to ensure a customer-centric approach.
The ideal candidate for the Senior Vice President of Hospitality position at the company will have a proven track record in driving customer-centric strategies, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, and adopting a data-driven approach to service excellence. A minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in hospitality or customer experience, including at least five in a senior leadership role, is required. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is also necessary. While experience in the financial services sector is valued, a background outside of this industry is highly preferred. The role demands a leader who can effectively integrate hospitality principles into the organization's operations and is adept at leading change to ensure a superior member experience.
