Job descriptionPartner with the CEO and leadership team on strategy and growth initiatives. Lead financial planning, capital allocation, and M&A activities. Deliver budgets, forecasts, and KPI reporting to drive decision-making. Ensure compliance, oversee risk management, and maintain audit readiness. Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA / MBA preferred). 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles (asset-heavy industries a plus). Experience with M&A, capital raises, and scaling finance operations. Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership skills. Executive leadership role in a fast-growing, mission-first company. Green Energy Biofuel is seeking a strategic and dynamic Chief Financial Officer to help lead our next phase of growth. As a mission-driven company transforming waste into renewable resources, we need a CFO who is more than a number-cruncher—someone who can advise the CEO, guide capital allocation, and shape our financial future.
