Supply Chain Analyst

Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join their team. Ideally, you will have NetSuite experience. Responsibilities include analyzing inventory data to determine the root cause of issues and collaboratively addressing them with key cross-functional partners, executing and monitoring inventory transactions within NetSuite to ensure they are completed in a timely manner, assisting with inventory PO tracking, reporting, receiving, and work order workflows in NetSuite, tracking inventory levels of finished goods, components, WIP, and raw materials to ensure they stay within planned levels, and monitoring expiration and shelf-life requirements. Daily reporting coverage for Tiktok Shop, SLA / backlog updates, or other eComm fulfillment issues that need to be flagged to the internal teams is also required.

Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in a supply planning role, ideally in a manufacturing or supplier environment within the CPG industry, exceptional analytical and conceptual-thinking skills, advanced proficiency in various databases and systems, in particular, NetSuite and Looker, in-depth understanding of setting safety stock levels and other key parameters for Finished Goods and components, advanced user of Excel, BI and reporting tools, advanced user in NetSuite and Looker, production life cycle management, the ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions, excellent technical and communication skills, experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations, competency using Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, PLM systems, and excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
