The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. This role involves planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patient needs. The nurse will identify patient needs and determine priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and coordinating individualized plans of care for patients based on initial and ongoing assessments.
