Job Summary

We are hiring a Remix Market Sales Representative to drive sales growth for our second-had store - Remix Market Denver . We are looking for an eager self-starter with a passion for finding a new home for lightly-used furniture and household goods. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial and growth-driven mindset. The #1 priority of this role is to increase sales volumes to offset operating costs & maximize landfill diversion.This is great opportunity for an ambitious person looking to build a career in second-hand retail and online sales. Responsibilities

• Assist ownership in evolving resale strategy - including identifying items for resale, pricing, maximizing store volume, online & retail strategy and building strategic resale partnerships
• Work closely with Junkluggers team to cultivate and transform junk into treasures
• Comfortably engage with a wide variety of people every day
• Forge relationships with local businesses & charitable partners
• Manage social media, post inventory to online platforms & engage customers and increase traffic
• Prepare & present sales results; propose growth & efficiency plans
• Brainstorm new sales and partnership ideas
• Maximize sales!

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in thrift or online sales
• Knowledge of second hand market and sales channels
• Familiar with inventory management and controls
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented; able to set aggressive goals and achieve them
• Excellent organization, time-management & attention-to-detail
• Proficiency with social media; Microsoft Word and Excel
