At CRDN of Arizona, we help families and businesses put their lives back together after a fire, flood, or other disaster. We’re looking for motivated team members who want more than “just a job” — this is meaningful work that combines physical activity, customer service, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Carefully pack, move, and document customer belongings (furniture, textiles, electronics, art, etc.) from homes and businesses affected by fire, water, or other damage.
• Provide compassionate, professional service to customers during stressful times.
• Follow company protocols to ensure items are handled, packed, and tracked correctly.
• Assist with onsite duties such as uploading photos, obtaining signatures, and organizing packed items.
• Work with a crew in the field and occasionally at our facility.
