Kroll’s Portfolio Valuation practice is the leading provider of valuation advisory services to the alternative investment industry and we boast a prestigious clientele of the world’s leading alternative asset managers. Our expertise covers a broad spectrum of alternative asset strategies, including private equity, hedge, credit, venture capital and infrastructure.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Develop financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction and option pricing analyses
• Conduct valuation analysis on a diverse range of illiquid investments distributed across industries and geographies, employing established and relevant approaches and theory
• Be proactive and self-motivated, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and delivering actionable results within tight deadlines
• Manage teams of senior associates and analysts
• Conduct client Interviews, including face-to-face meetings, to gather essential data and information for engagements
• Collaborate with internal and external management teams to cultivate and strengthen client relationships
• Identify and communicate potential engagements to management and leading the engagement proposal process
• Present analyses and conclusions verbally and in written reports
• Participate in relevant industry events to expand knowledge and gain experience within the alternative asset industry

The current salary range for this position is $90,000 to $200,000
