Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining financial performance. The role includes managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include :
- Supervising and training staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers to ensure quality food and supplies.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-saving measures.
