• Support persons with intellectual developmental disabilities - facilitating personal growth, relationship building, and maintain a quality program
• Ensure residence is a secure, safe, pleasant, fun and physically clean atmosphere for residents
• Assist residents with daily living needs
• Encourage personal skill development by showing, teaching, talking, and coaching
• Provide opportunities for new experiences, including outings and in-home activities
• Encourage Individuals to develop and maintain relationships with housemates, friends, family, and significant others
• Provide opportunities for Individuals to learn decision-making and problem solving skills
