Job description

We are seeking a versatile Systems Engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This role will support daily IT operations, own key infrastructure projects, and ensure seamless system performance and security. The ideal candidate brings a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset, communicates clearly across teams, and embraces collaboration with a positive attitude.

Base Pay Range

$100,000.00 / yr – $120,000.00 / yr

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor daily IT operations, servers, and cloud systems to ensure uptime and security.
  • Support onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
  • Handle overflow desktop support tickets and general IT troubleshooting.
  • Lead and execute system-related projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Data Governance.
  • Perform system patching, maintenance, and performance monitoring across environments.
  • Migrate infrastructure and workloads from VMware into cloud environments.
  • Administer and enhance ticketing workflows (currently using JIRA and Google-based systems; new system moving to the cloud).
  • Provide after-hours support as needed for critical issues.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms – GCP, Azure, and AWS.
  • Experience with ETL processes (data movement from on-prem to cloud).
  • Hands-on experience with M365 administration and security enforcement.
  • Prior experience with call center software and user support environments.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid schedule and occasionally take calls on nights or weekends.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (not required).
  • Experience implementing or managing cloud-based ticketing systems.
  • Background in VMware migration or hybrid cloud deployments.

    Salary : $58,406.40 – $102,211.20 (estimated based on local market).
