About the Role :

Assisting Hands - Deerfield is excited to announce that we are now hiring caregivers to join our compassionate team in Wauconda, IL! If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a difference in the lives of our clients, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Support clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety.

Administer medication and manage health-related tasks as directed.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their well-being.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures for care delivery.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred.

Previous experience in caregiving or related field is a plus.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to client care.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
