Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group Dominican is seeking a Full-Time Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our well-established, collaborative team at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced hospitalists in a supportive, team-oriented setting.

Opportunity Highlights

• Provide high quality, compassionate care to hospitalized patients overnight, primarily focusing on acute care and managing complex medical conditions
• Work under supervision of experienced nocturnist in a supportive, team-oriented setting
• Enjoy a balanced 7 on, 7 off work schedule of 10 hour shifts
• Open ICU with no procedures or codes required
• Additional admitting / swing shifts available for extra compensation

$81.97 - $87.43 / hour
