This 1099 commission-only opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel in client communication, relationship management, and delivering outstanding service throughout the insurance process.

As a Client Services Manager, you’ll oversee the client journey from initial consultation through policy activation, ensuring each individual receives timely, responsive, and personalized support.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients

Guide clients through insurance product selection and application processes

Resolve client inquiries and provide expert guidance on next steps

Monitor follow-ups and ensure all documentation is completed properly

Maintain accurate client records in our CRM and ensure timely communication

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless, service-driven experience

Compensation :

This is a 1099 commission-only role. Client Services Managers typically earn $4,000–$8,000 / month, with top performers exceeding $12,000 / month.
