Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and individualized, evidence-based treatments for diverse outpatient populations.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute personalized care plans.
• Track patient progress, update treatment strategies as needed, and document care in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Contribute to a culture of quality, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
