We are looking for instructors that can teach Thursdays 4 : 30pm-8 : 30pm and / or Saturdays 10 : 30am-1pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead group classes, up to 12 clients, effectively and safely
• Ability to verbally communicate movement directions to participants
• Assist clients in their Pilates practice by promoting overall health, muscle tone, and achieving better posture
• Knowledge and ability to provide modifications to fit the needs of group and on an individual bases among class members
• Experience to expertly incorporate props into class flows
• Assist with cleaning tasks to keep studio and equipment clean
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to bend and lift or demonstrate exercises
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

Pilates Instructor Certification, required

Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style

Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises

Desire to build a successful business and private clientele as well as group loyalty

Punctual, reliable and dedicated

Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills

Maintaining a clean and orderly workout environment
