Job Summary : This position's primary responsibility is 911 response, inter-facility transports, public assistance, and Emergency Department assistance as needed. Aptitudes : Compassion, interpersonal skills, communication, physical strength, problem-solving, reading comprehension, writing composition, and arithmetic. Achieve cognitive, organizational, and emotional maturity to effectively manage multiple tasks, stresses, deadlines, difficult situations and / or customers. Possess interpersonal / communication skills necessary for effective, non-judgmental, and empathetic patient care, customer, and staff relations. Open to feedback and a changing environment, which requires flexibility in scheduling and department assignments.
