Salary : $25.80-$29.02 DOE
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
BA degree plus one year experience or AA degree plus 3 years of experience in substance abuse treatment, prevention, or recovery program, or an approved combination thereof. Adult and Child First Aid and CPR certified. If in recovery, minimum of two years of sobriety; or 1 year of sobriety and direct experience working with people with alcohol and / or drug addictions.
DESCRIPTION
Managing a 55-unit housing facility operating as a Sober Living Environment. This person is responsible for the health and safety of the residents. Requirements include program participant intake, monitoring participant agreements and house rules, monitoring and communicating the facility maintenance needs. Utilizing Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) database. Helping participants follow a covenant of sobriety on premises and responsibility to their fellow tenants. Use Social Model guidelines as appropriate. Communicating effectively with residents, health, and housing professionals.
NOTE : Employees will be required to be fingerprinted, Tb tested and will be subject to clearance by the department of Justice.
