The Production Manager will learn the full scope of operations behind the office doors and take a hands-on role in leading the facility. This position requires a proactive leader who can communicate effectively across teams, identify risks, drive continuous improvement, and develop people. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, including housekeeping, order management, production attainment, and quality standards, while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee all aspects of production at the facility.

Learn, manage, and support office-side functions of the operation.

Communicate effectively with teams at all levels to ensure alignment and clarity.

Monitor production goals and drive attainment of daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.

Ensure housekeeping and organizational standards are consistently met.

Oversee product quality and compliance with customer requirements.

Develop, coach, and mentor team members to build leadership and operational capacity.

Support a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in production, operations, or manufacturing leadership required.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop people.

Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement practices.

Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
