• 24-hour call shifts with 7 am - 7 am schedule in-house and out-of-house options
• Daily census : 8 - 10 well babies, 0 - 1 Level II cases, 2 - 4 pediatric floor patients
• Level I and II nursery in community hospital setting
• OB / GYN laborist program handles all deliveries no delivery attendance required
• 1 - 3 ER consults per day with nurse triage support
• 7 - 10 shifts per month ongoing coverage needed
• Critical response within 3 hours, routine newborn rounds within 12 hours
• Transfer partnerships with regional medical centers
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
