• The observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care; health teaching and counseling of the ill, injured or infirmed; and the promotion of wellness, maintenance of health and prevention of illness and others.\n
• The administration of medication and treatments as prescribed or authorized by a duly licensed practitioner authorized by the laws of this state to prescribe such medications and treatments.\n
• The supervision and teaching of other personnel in the theory and performance of any of the above acts.\n\nThe value you'll bring to the team : \n\nCommunicates with courtesy when interacting with internal or external customers in person or on the telephone.\n\nDemonstrates respect for co-workers and develops positive working relationships with other departments.\n\nParticipates in hourly rounding for outcomes using the AIDET technique.\n\nIncorporates Caring Model behaviors and culturally competent care into daily practice.\n\nDemonstrates organizational commitment standards and values.\n\nQualifications\n\nThe expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed : \n\nGraduate of a school of nursing.\n\nCurrent RN license to work in State of Florida\n\nBLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS\n\nThis facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
