We are looking for you to join our team as a Principal or Sr. Principal Contract Administrator supporting the Maritime / Land Systems and Sensors Division based out of Sunnyvale, CA. This position may be staffed out of the Northrop Grumman locations listed below. Regardless of site location, this position is a full-time onsite position that offers the 9 / 80 work schedule. Staff hired to other locations will be expected to travel 25% of the time, including visits to Sunnyvale and customer locations. Staff at Baltimore / Rolling Meadows sites are expected to work West Coast hours. Locations include :

Salary Range : $91,200.00 - $136,800.00 Salary Range 2 : $113,500.00 - $170,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
