Location : Remote : Travel Required– up to 3 weeks per month (Live within close approximation of a major airport)
Compensation : $95,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience and performance)

What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor Performance Coach, you’ll partner with owners, general managers, service directors, and front-line staff to :
Audit operations and identify profit leaks
Train advisors in real-world selling strategies
Coach managers in leadership, accountability, KPI mastery, and execution
Help teams transform not just numbers—but culture
You’ll be on-site with dealerships across the U.S. and Canada, delivering hands-on coaching and tactical implementation. It’s not consulting from a PowerPoint—it’s in-the-trenches transformation .
Note : There is a component of coaching that is a virtual coaching plus you’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with dealerships in person.
This Role Is Not for Everyone.

You Might Be a Fit If You Have :
3+ years of Service Advisor experience with driving big results.
Proven results in customer satisfaction, profitability, and team engagement.
Passion for teaching others what you’ve mastered
Excellent communication skills—comfortable leading training and working with all personality types
A flexible schedule and hunger for travel and impact
