DDS Residential Counselor (20 Hours) - Phyllis Road

Job Description

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a DDS Residential Counselor to support adults with developmental and intellectual challenges. Our mission is to provide homes that are safe, nurturing, and address the individual's personal needs and preferences.

The Residential Counselor will support individuals diagnosed with a Developmental Disability live as independently as possible, while providing evidence-based treatment and care, within a group living environment. They will provide guidance, support and perform various levels of activities of daily living.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing individualized, person-centered treatment plans and play a lead role in the daily implementation plans.
• Implement all procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and general cleanliness and safety of the physical site.
• Assist individuals to access and / or provide transportation.
• Review and complete all required documentation.
