As a Warehouse Clerk II in our Billerica facility, you'll play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate movement of materials that directly support the creation of life-saving medical technologies. We're looking for dependable team members who value accuracy, safety, and collaboration in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
In this role, you will :
The schedule for this position is 1st shift : Monday - Friday 6am - 2 : 30pm
Must have : Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of related experience
Nice to have : Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, cycle counting, or inventory control roles.
Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Prior experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment.
Team-oriented mindset with effective communication and reliability.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety in all tasks.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $39,600.00 - $59,400.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP). The starting base rate of pay for this position and location is $22.25 per hour. The base rate is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
