Location : Edgewater, FL

Pay : $20 / hour to start (with pay increase upon permanent hire)

Schedule : Monday–Thursday, 5 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 / 4 : 00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!)

Job Description

We are seeking skilled MIG / TIG Welders to join our team at a leading boat manufacturing facility. The primary responsibility of this role is to set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment to ensure precision and quality in metal components.

Responsibilities

• Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments.
• Monitor welding processes to prevent overheating, warping, or distortion.
• Inspect workpieces for defects and verify measurements using templates or straightedges.
• Detect faulty equipment or defective materials and report to supervisors.
• Set up and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade.
• Apply knowledge of metallurgy, geometry, and welding techniques to determine proper methods.
• Repair products by dismantling, reshaping, and reassembling parts using cutting torches and hand tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 / hr.
