School Psychologist High School (Contract) Mechanicsburg, PA

A contract position is available for a school psychologist to support a high school caseload with a focus on the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework. This role offers the opportunity to conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations while addressing students academic, social, and emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a high school student caseload and provide comprehensive psychological assessments and services

Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations to determine student eligibility and support needs

Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement evidence-based interventions within the MTSS framework

Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)

Participate in team meetings and provide professional recommendations to support student success

Qualifications

Current certification or licensure as a school psychologist

Experience working with high school students and managing caseloads

Familiarity with MTSS processes and procedures

Strong assessment, evaluation, and analytical skills

Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
