Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales and finance process, provide excellent customer service, and support lot operations and omni-channel sales.
• Fully execute the sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, and maintain strong CRM output and quality.
• Utilize trained sales skills, maintain clean paperwork and recover missing documents; support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR.
• Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, and ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in while delivering excellent customer service and supporting strong NPS scores.

Compensation

Wage : $12 per hour + sales-based commissions

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; Car Sales Experience, valid Drivers' License, capable of delivering support and results, able to succeed in a global matrix organization, goal oriented, identify and support business needs.

VALID Sales License Required for the following States : Arkansas, Nevada, California, North Carolina, Colorado, Ohio, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Idaho, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Louisiana, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.
