What You'll Do

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes

Implement and refine standard costing within the ERP system (Plex)

Prepare and analyze financial statements for leadership decision-making

Manage day-to-day accounting functions (AR, AP, bank reconciliations)

Provide financial guidance for quoting, cost analysis, and project planning

Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and HR to improve systems and reporting

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent experience

5+ years of progressive accounting experience

Strong cost accounting background and ability to implement standard costing

ERP experience (Plex preferred, but open to other systems)

Knowledge of corporate tax compliance (multi-state experience a plus)

A collaborative, approachable personality - open communicator who thrives in a family-oriented, team-driven environment
