Lead and develop the maintenance team to meet luxury hospitality standardsImplement and optimize maintenance systems, processes, and SOPsManage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness at all timesLeverage technology for efficient scheduling, tracking, and task completionCoordinate cross-departmental projects with operations, housekeeping, and construction teamsPreferred Skills & Experience :
Strategic planning to maximize property use and efficiencyStrong communication skills for clear and effective coordinationTech-savvy with cloud-based management systemsSystems-oriented approach to organize, prioritize, and optimize maintenance tasksExperience in hospitality or service-driven environmentsPosition Details :
Full-time , exempt (salaried) position requiring 50–60+ hours per week, especially during peak seasons and eventsCompetitive salary based on experienceOnsite | Whitwell Mountain, TN 37397Referral reward after 6 months of employment
