Join Our Team as a Full-Time Sales BDC Coordinator!
The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group is searching for positive, driven individuals to join our diverse team as Full-Time Sales BDC Coordinators . If you're someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for customer service—we can't wait to hear from you!
Schedule : Monday–Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off
Compensation Plan : Base hourly rate of $18-$21, plus monthly commission & bonus
Estimated Annual Compensation Range : $65,000.00-$120,000.00
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Answering incoming calls and helping schedule appointments for our Sales team
- Respond to sales calls and online inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Keeping daily reports organized and up to date
- Following up with clients and internal team members
- Assisting with other tasks as needed by management
