THE ROLE

Our site in Colorado Springs, CO - Rockrimmon is seeking a / an Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

This position will assist in all aspects of the injection molding area in our new Rockrimmon site in Colorado Springs.

What You'll Do

• Develop and refine process flows through the plant, including overlapping product lines
• Participate in Kaizen projects relating to defect reduction
• Design, test, and implement fixtures to aid with product testing and production
• Update and maintain documentation with production requirements, process improvements, EQOS requirements, etc

Compensation : $25-$30 / per hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
