Our client, a for-profit & reputable affordable housing developer, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager.

This person will help oversee Affordable Housing projects utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC)

  • Assist with construction period oversight and reporting.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and complete financing applications and proposals to various

private and public funding agencies related to housing and community development.

  • Assist with financing closings including working with attorneys, lenders, investors, and

    • escrow and title companies in the coordination and delivery of due diligence, legal, and

    financial documents.

  • Assist in preparing project budgets, cash flow projections, and project schedules.
  • Assist with acquisition of real estate.

    • Education :

    Bachelor’s degree in community development, business, economics, urban planning, or a related field. MBA preferred.

    Experience :

    1-3 relevant experience in urban planning, housing development, real estate development, business, finance or a related field preferred.
