What would your day look like?

As the Plant Manager at Cascade Manufacturing Company, you will play a crucial role in managing production work to ensure all products meet both quality and quantity specifications. You'll prioritize maintaining a safe work environment, making safety a top priority for your team. Your responsibilities will also include hiring, training, and developing staff to boost productivity and morale. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and values will be a cornerstone of your management approach.

You'll effectively communicate with employees and leadership to foster a collaborative atmosphere. Additionally, you will conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to continuously enhance the manufacturing processes.
