As a Family Practice Physician, you'll play a vital role in our community's health by providing comprehensive care & collaborating with qualified mid-level providers. Salary : Up to $300K DOE & work schedule M-F, no weekends (full time & part time available) no hospital admitting

Responsibilities :

Evaluate, diagnose & treat patient's medical conditions

Initiate & interpret labs and x-ray studies including CTs & MRIs

Perform medical procedures

Complete patients' charts indicating status & treatment procedures performed

Conducting follow-up patient care, education & referrals

Supervise patient care & support staff to ensure operational excellence

Perform emergency lifesaving procedures in cases such as cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest, massive hemorrhage, or similar emergencies

Collaborate with nurse practitioners giving medical oversight, consultation & referrals of nurse practitioner patients

Be present a minimum of ten percent (10%) of nurse practitioner's collaboration time

Qualifications :

MD or DO from an accredited educational institution

Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Alabama

Practiced medicine for at least three years

Demonstrated expertise in relevant medical practices & emergency situations

J-1 Visa accepted for employment
