A company is looking for a Support Engineer I who can support a remote-first, flexible shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hardware and firmware deployment support for appliances and assist with configuration of network infrastructure
Engage in troubleshooting activities and assist with the initial stages of ticket handling
Act as the single point of contact for customer questions and concerns while utilizing a ticketing system for communication
Required Qualifications
Two years of experience in B2B Technical Support
In-depth knowledge of the OSI Model
Understanding of network infrastructure routing and switching concepts
Ability to work cooperatively with others within the organization
Reliable attendance and ability to work in fast-paced environments
