The Group Home Resident Manager inspires and coordinates a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care. Leading the Group Home team, you will ensure quality care, supervise and support DSPs. address performance-related issues, and oversees comprehensive assessments and care plans. Your role will be pivotal in supporting residents, staff, and families, creating a nurturing and empowering environment for everyone involved. Full-Time Group Home Manager

21 years old and older

Training is provided for all employees.

Pay depends on experience and certifications.

Job Duties include but do not limit to the following tasks :

Supervision of Group Home Direct Service Providers

Light Housekeeping

Meal Preparation

Transportation (escorts to appointments or running errands)

Companionship

Dressing / grooming

Showers / bathing

Personal Care

Activities of Independent Daily Living

Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, insurance, and ability to pass a background check required.
